The HT Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk for a client in Beaumont, TX.

  Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week | Flexible schedule
• Pay: $15–$18/hour DOE

• Process, verify, and code vendor invoices
• Prepare and process vendor payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain AP records and vendor documentation
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and web-based software
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• IN-OFFICE position – remote work is not available
• Business casual dress required
