Construction Accounting Specialist (Data Center)

The Construction Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing project accounting activities for data center construction projects, including budget tracking, invoice processing, cost reporting, contract administration, and financial reconciliation. This role partners closely with project managers, contractors, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost control, compliance with financial policies, and timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

• Process and track construction invoices, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Monitor project budgets, commitments, and actual costs.
• Prepare financial reports and cost forecasts for project leadership.
• Support month-end close activities, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and contract records.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and project controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of construction accounting experience, preferably supporting large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of project cost accounting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
