Inventory Accountant | Dyna Energetics The  Tone:

This is an entry-level Inventory Accountant role at Dyna Energetics, located in Blum, TX. Dyna Energetics manufactures perforating systems for the oil and gas industry, producing CNC-machined steel components, complex engineered assemblies, and explosive products. This position is central to ensuring day-to-day inventory accuracy, providing a solid foundation in manufacturing and cost accounting while allowing you to see the direct impact of your work.

• Mission:
  Own the day-to-day inventory accuracy at the manufacturing facility.
• Tech Stack: SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud, Excel

• Support daily inventory accounting and month-end close activities.
• Collaborate directly with production, warehouse, and shipping/receiving teams to reinforce proper inventory processes and procedures.
• Plan and perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory variances and trends to help identify root causes.
• Assist in validating material transactions and Bill of Material (BOM)/routing data within SAP S/4
  
  HANA.

• Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  Entry-Level career.
• Experience:
  
  0–3 years of accounting experience.
• Skills:
  
  Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy, solid Excel proficiency, clear communication with non-accounting teammates, comfort spending regular time on the plant floor and in the warehouse, self-starter eager to learn and take ownership.
• Bonus:
  Prior manufacturing or inventory experience.
