Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Essential Job Functions
- Provide and ensure customer-focused activities, deliverables and services.
- Manage daily activities resulting in continuous efficiency and process improvements.
- Perform administrative support activities for department staff.
- Coordinate collection and preparation of reports and forms.
- Review and answer correspondence.
- Compile, restore and retrieve management data.
- Monitor the daily workflow of work orders for accuracy (work in progress, finished goods, and raw materials).
- Receiving of inventory (steel coils or buy out items).
- Inventory management.
- Open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail.
- File correspondence and other records.
- Greet visitors.
- Effectively implement and execute company policies and processes.
- Run multiple software(s) as required to enable business units to run efficiently.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three (3) plus years’ experience of office or operations support.
- Experience in shipping and receiving, inventory management or ERP processing is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer software including JD Edwards and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Ability to process transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as calculators, fax machines, copiers, etc.
- A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
