As the Senior Administrative Specialist
, you will: perform a wide range of advanced administrative functions. This role supports departmental operations through procurement and financial processing, calendar and meeting coordination, project tracking, and communication management. The position requires a high-level discretion, organizational skill, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The City of Celina operates on a 4-day work week
.
- Balanced schedule – 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
- Telework option – one day per week for eligible employees, based on department needs and with Director approval

- A High School Diploma or GED is required with 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- An associate’s degree is preferred.
