What You Will Be Doing
  • Formats, types, and edits a variety of correspondence: including memos, reports and confidential material; drafts routine correspondence for manager’s approval.
  • Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors, schedules appointments and meetings, and resolves problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
  • Carries out special projects and assignments as requested; compiles, analyzes, and prepares data for administrative reports and presentations.
  • Maintains and updates departmental files, records and publications; maintains confidential files and materials.
  • Schedules conferences, meetings and appointments; notifies attendees, and makes necessary arrangements; arranges domestic and international travel.

This position is located in Charlotte, NC.

We Would Love To Hear From You If
  • You are proficient in using word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
  • You have a working knowledge of operating office equipment including copy machine, fax machine, etc.
  • You have experience in developing and maintaining files and correspondence.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and organization skills.
  • Will be able to work a 30 hrs. per week role.
Compensation

Annual salary for the role is $31,980 – $36,000 and will work 30 hrs. per week.
