Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Operations Admin Specialist - Mid-Level to join their team. As a Operations Admin Specialist - Mid-Level, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting client onboarding and data management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Operations Admin Specialist
Duration: 6 months
Location: 300 Schwab Way, Westlake, TX 76262
Work Model: Onsite 5 days a week
Pay: $30/hr on W2
- Download and transfer client information and granting instructions from daily emailed spreadsheets into the company’s system as manual grant requests.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook effectively to manage and document data accurately.
- Make notes in various systems and communicate via internal and external emails as needed.
- Call donors or advisors to clarify instructions when necessary, ensuring precise data entry and process adherence.
- Support additional tasks and cross‑training opportunities based on volume and aptitude, contributing to team success.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- Curiosity and a positive attitude towards learning new skills and processes.
