* 10+ years of experience in site administration, project coordination, or field support roles on industrial or construction projects

* Prior experience supporting construction or power generation projects strongly preferred

* Ability to support day-to-day site activities, including reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks in a field environment

Job Summary:

PIC Staffing is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support a long-term construction project in Pecos, TX. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day site administrative operations, including procurement support, vendor coordination, logistics, and reporting. The Site Administrator will work closely with the Site Manager and project team to ensure efficient site operations, compliance with project requirements, and seamless coordination of site resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Support the Site Manager with site purchasing processes, including purchase orders, vendor coordination, and tracking

* Interface with local suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate services, and maintain vendor relationships

* Coordinate site logistics, including housing, transportation, and travel arrangements for project personnel

* Manage site office operations, including utilities, supplies, and temporary facilities

* Maintain and track site infrastructure equipment and service contracts (e.g., office rentals, cleaning, communications)

* Assist with issue resolution related to deliveries, invoicing, and vendor performance

* Provide administrative support for site reporting, documentation, and tracking

* Serve as a point of contact for site personnel and contractors for administrative and logistical needs

Job Requirements:

* Strong experience with procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing administration

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction or industrial site environment

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency with standard office software and reporting tools

* Familiarity with site compliance requirements and coordination with local authorities preferred

Education / Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in site administration, project coordination, or similar field support role

* Experience supporting construction, power generation, or industrial projects preferred

* Strong written and verbal communication skills required
