Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as a Mail Clerk. This position will be onsite at the Regional office in Spring, TX. The Full Time schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday 8:00am
-5:00pm.
Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide general clerical and administrative office duties within the Service Center and eligibility department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Sort and distribute mail.
* Operate mailing equipment.
* Superior customer service.
* Billing maintenance.
* Communicating with Administrative on problems and resolving with hospital staff if appropriate.
* Collaborating with Supervisors in various offices and regions to support operations for multiple clients.
* Providing support and performing additional duties as needed.
* Answering phones and working the reception desk.
* Attending to various reports as instructed by manager.
* Performing general clerical and front office duties.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements

* Type 50+ wpm
* Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 pm as needed

* Remote and Hybrid positions require a home internet connection that meets the company's upload and download speed criteria.
