As the Executive Administrator at LPL Financial, you provide high‑level administrative support to an executive within your department. You manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, handle communications, prepare materials, support events, and ensure day‑to‑day operations run efficiently. This fully in‑office position is based in either Fort Mill, SC or New York, NY.
Responsibilities- Manage all daily administrative activities for the supported executive, including answering multiple phone lines and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners.
- Maintain and manage executive calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, track changes, and ensure the executive is prepared with required materials.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including air, lodging, and ground transportation, in partnership with the corporate travel department.
- Organize receipts and submit expense reports through Concur in accordance with established billing schedules.
- Prepare, review, and distribute meeting materials, presentations, correspondence, and department communications.
- Order food, beverages, and supplies for meetings and events; support event planning and ad‑hoc projects as assigned.
- Maintain team office supplies and support general office operational needs.
- 6+ years of experience in an executive assistant or executive administrative role.
- Experience supporting senior‑level executives.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Ability to work fully in office.
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast‑paced, busy department.
- Ability to interact effectively with peers, senior managers, and other staff.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach to supporting leaders and handling confidential information.
- Experience in the financial services industry or supporting a technology organization.
$26.49–$44.12 per hour. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including relevant skill, prior experience, education, internal peer comparison, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
