Timekeeper (Bilingual) — Franklin, TX
Temp Experts is seeking a bilingual Timekeeper for placement with a large industrial and manufacturing company in Franklin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented administrative professional who enjoys working with payroll data, reporting, and workforce tracking in a fast‑paced construction and industrial environment.
Responsibilities- Acquire, process, balance, and maintain daily jobsite timecard data.
- Reconcile timecard entries against daily labor logs for accuracy.
- Prepare weekly payroll reports and submit completed documentation to the home branch.
- Run, audit, and verify employee time reports.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of all hours worked in accordance with company procedures.
- Create, process, and maintain manpower reports.
- Maintain daily and weekly labor tracking spreadsheets.
- Administer active and inactive employee records within company systems.
- Assist with data entry into customer‑specific jobsite programs and databases.
- Track employee drug testing, certifications, and training requirements in coordination with the safety department.
- Process purchase orders, expense reports, fuel receipts, and company credit card documentation.
- Order office and jobsite supplies as needed.
- Coordinate and prepare weekly documentation packages for submission to the home branch.
- Support jobsite operations with administrative tasks, shipment tracking, and recordkeeping.
- Provide general office and clerical support as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional business‑related education preferred.
- 1–3 years of timekeeping, payroll support, or administrative experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, spreadsheets, and reporting.
- Experience maintaining payroll, labor, or employee records.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling timekeeping and payroll data.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Previous construction, industrial, or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Comfortable learning and working within multiple software systems and customer platforms.
