General Description
The Allied Health Secretary reports directly to the Allied Health Division Chair, multiple Program Director(s) and faculty of the Division of Allied Health. The Allied Health Secretary provides a variety of advanced administrative, confidential, and technical support to the externally accredited programs in the Division of Allied Health. Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalency and two (2) years of current full-time office experience. The ability to work with a variety of people in both a clinical and office environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service is required. Superior organizational and clerical skills, with extensive computer training in word processing, spreadsheet, as well as other computer software packages is required.
The ability to work independently and meet mutually agreed-upon objectives within a specified period is required. A criminal background check is also required.

Holidays
25 paid holidays per year for twelve month full time employees
Sick Days
1.5 sick days per month - maximum number accrued is 60 days
Nine month employees may accrue 13.50 days per year
Twelve month employees may accrue 18.50 days per year
Vacation Days
Twelve month employees who work 40 hours per week for 12 months - 12 vacation days per year
