Coordinator of Student Data
Salary calculations will be commensurate with job experience.
Primary PurposeCoordinate the collection and reporting of district Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data. Coordinate the student information system (SIS) including the training of personnel and maintaining data integrity
Qualifications- Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree - Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records Ability to prioritize to ensure data submissions are accurate and meet established deadlines Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple departments and campuses Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze and problem solve - Experience:
Four years experience in support position requiring collecting and entering data; experience using coding systems
Evaluate the Student Data Clerk, the Student Data Specialist, and the Student Data Manager.

Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals. Posture:
Moderate standing; occasional kneeling, squatting, bending, and stooping Motion:
