Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for a department, program, or business unit. This position is responsible for coordinating daily administrative activities, supporting meetings and schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with special projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
This role requires occasional travel to obtain supplies and support operational needs. A clean driving record is required.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and department operations.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and team events.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and related documentation.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and department documentation.
- Record, compile, retrieve, and distribute information as needed.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Travel as needed to obtain supplies and support operational requirements.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.
- Support special projects and assist with administrative initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Identify administrative issues and elevate concerns when appropriate.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or business education preferred.
- Previous administrative, office support, coordinator, or clerical experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Professional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to travel locally to obtain supplies and support business needs.
- Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and office activities.
- Experience maintaining records and preparing administrative reports.
- Familiarity with office equipment and standard administrative procedures.
- Experience supporting multiple departments or work groups.
- Office‑based work environment.
- Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment.
- Regular interaction with employees, vendors, and visitors.
- Occasional local travel to obtain supplies and support administrative operations.
Location:
Coyanosa, TX
Pay: $26/hr
Schedule:
5 Days On/2 Days Off (8‑hour days)
