Job Summary We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate office activities, support staff, and maintain a positive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative procedures.
* Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
* Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
* Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
* Support onboarding and administrative aspects of employee management.
* Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
* Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and processes. Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
* 2–5 years of office administration or office management experience.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
