Transdev in Big Lake, TX is hiring an Administrative Clerk. The Administrative Clerk position is available for full‑time or part‑time employment. The Administrative Clerk performs all administrative functions for the location and we seek customer‑service oriented professionals dedicated to safety.
Compensation- Hourly wage ranging from $17.50 to $21.75 depending on experience.
- Vacation: minimum 2 weeks.
- Sick days: 5 days.
- Holidays: 12 days (8 standard and 4 floating).
- Other benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability.
- Perform project clerical and administrative tasks according to contractual and legal mandates.
- Prepare contract correspondence, manager reports and schedules.
- Administer accounting data, payroll and personnel records.
- Coordinate employee benefits at the contract level.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Office, data entry or administrative experience advantageous.
- Experience with MS Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
- Must sit for extended periods (up to 6‑8 hours per day), walk for long distances, push and pull objects, lift material up to 50 lbs., and occasionally bend, kneel or crouch to retrieve files or equipment.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship and must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
