Job Description

You join a multidisciplinary team (reception, concierge, hospitality management...) and collectively contribute to providing a smooth, warm, and premium experience to visitors and employees.
Within the premises of our client, you offer premium reception based on exigence, professionalism, and special attention. Thanks to your knowledge of the company's operations, you guide and support each employee or visitor with precision, enthusiasm, and a sense of service, all while contributing to the One Team spirit.
In parallel with your reception duties, you are also involved in the company's concierge services on site and in managing the spaces on the site.
Your main daily tasks include:
- Reception Management: welcoming and guiding visitors and employees on site, managing registrations, badges, and visitor flow, arranging taxi reservations
- Administrative Management: handling routine requests: emails, messages, internal information, updating reception documents, internal procedures and materials
- Space Management: managing meeting rooms: reservations, preparation, setup, follow-up, and coordination
- Participation in Organizing Internal Events: breakfasts, animations, visits
- Concierge Services: daily services, laundry, mail, sale of emergency products, etc.
- You have an excellent sense of service and great interpersonal skills: welcoming, smiling, and attentive. Your impeccable posture and your ability to listen actively allow you to create a warm and professional atmosphere from the first contact.
- Your neat presentation contributes to offering a welcoming and professional image of the company.
- Your reactivity and your capacity for adaptation allow you to face various situations with calm and professionalism.
- You are fluent in French both orally and in writing and are capable of conversing and writing in English (B1 minimum level), to ensure effective exchanges with visitors and employees. You have the basics of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
