Clinic Admissions Associate – ABC
As a Clinic Admissions Associate, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. You’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. This role is more than administrative – it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create exceptional first impressions, and help expand access to life‑changing care for children with autism and their families.
Benefits- Pay: $19‑$22 with bonus potential of up to $6,000

- Responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics, including document management, tracking people and materials, and internal and external communication with referral sources
- Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families
- Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help our children and families
- Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

- Positive and contagious attitude that shows readiness to engage with families
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas
- Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
- Eagerness to be part of a caring and team‑oriented company culture
- Deep commitment to show up everyday and be a leader at your center
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
