Overview
MP Nexlevel is a leading low‑voltage infrastructure integrator specializing in data center environments. This role supports both day‑to‑day office operations and front‑end project development for a large‑scale data center construction project.
Key Responsibilities- Office administration: scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting logistics, employee onboarding and offboarding, record maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Project support – Data Center Build: front‑end planning, documenting processes and workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project documentation, templates, tracking tools, file and report organization, meeting coordination, and action‑item tracking.
- Process development & improvement: identify workflow gaps, recommend improvements, standardize procedures, create user‑friendly documentation, and support implementation of new systems or best practices.
- Intermediate experience level.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, and related productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and proactive communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Interest in growing into a project coordinator or project management role.
- Job Type: Contract to Hire.
- Location:
Burlington, TX (fully onsite). - Hours:
40 hours per week, either 7:00–15:00 or 8:00–16:00. - Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour.
