Job DescriptionUnder the authority of the Director General of Services. Welcomes the public, advises them and performs a number of administrative formalities. Working hours (indicative):
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM / 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM. Saturday morning on rotation (1/6): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Reception:
Ensure physical and telephone reception of the public, professionals, and administrations. Manage mail (paper and electronic). Administrative formalities:
Establish administrative documents (advanced recognition, death certificate, birth certificate, etc.). Operate certifications compliant with documents and legalization of signatures. Conduct census of young people. Identity titles:
Inform applicants. Manage the agenda of appointments to establish or renew an identity card or passport. Collection and withdrawal half a day per week. Replacement of the colleague in case of absence on the biometric station. Establish reception certificates. Cemetery:
Sale and follow-up of concessions on software.
Specific missions:
Ensure the secretariat of the Mayor and commissions. Management of the rental of rooms and equipment (tables, benches, chairs, barriers…). Management of the rooms of the sports complex of the Maillots (software BOOKY). Request for interventions with technical services. Population files, artisans, traders, associations (in relation with the agent in charge of trade and associations) and communities.
KNOWLEDGES
- Practical and technical knowledge of physical and telephone reception of the public, management of the reception of people in difficulty or in a situation of disability. Knowledge of the municipalities and other local administrations and their missions. Knowledge of the regulation in matters of civil status and administrative formalities. SKILLS
