Job Title
In the context of a merger between the finance and human resources departments, and under the authority of the finance and administrative manager, we are looking for a versatile and cross-functional agent who will be responsible for providing administrative support, contributing to the monitoring of files and the reliability of data, and participating in the structuring of the community's management tools in close liaison with the human resources manager and in relation with all services.
MainMissions
- Administrative follow-up of subsidy files received with update of the table
- Support for updating financial and HR dashboards
- Administrative support for public procurement
- Administrative follow-up of insurance contracts, municipal decisions and agreements.
- Management and updating of staff files
- Writing and formatting of administrative acts, (ordinances, letters...) - Administrative follow-up of absences and management of the time clock software
- Follow-up of training
- Administrative support for recruitment procedures

Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of public finance and HR management (appreciated) - Knowledge of the environment of the communities (appreciated)
