At the Faculty of Biology of the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, a Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) in the administrative and secretariat area (50%, afternoons) is sought for the Institute of Biology III.

The duties include:

• General administrative and secretariat tasks
• Accounting and ordering (via SAP and other programs)
• Package and sample shipments with FEDEX/TNT for the various working groups

The position requires:

• Knowledge of common office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Experience with SuperX, Fiori, and SAP/SRM is advantageous, but not a prerequisite
• Good German language skills, English language skills are advantageous
• Professional experience or openness to a new challenge
• Excellent team and communication skills and reliability

The position is permanent. Compensation is according to TV-L E6.
