DescriptionAt the Faculty of Biology of the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, a Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) in the administrative and secretariat area (50%, afternoons) is sought for the Institute of Biology III.
The duties include:
- General administrative and secretariat tasks
- Accounting and ordering (via SAP and other programs)
- Package and sample shipments with FEDEX/TNT for the various working groups
The position requires:
- Knowledge of common office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Experience with SuperX, Fiori, and SAP/SRM is advantageous, but not a prerequisite
- Good German language skills, English language skills are advantageous
- Professional experience or openness to a new challenge
- Excellent team and communication skills and reliability

The position is permanent. Compensation is according to TV-L E6.
