Bring the organization, composure, follow-through, and customer service skills required to keep complex moving parts on track.
An established North Texas outdoor living and hardscape design-build company is looking for a highly organized Client & Operations Coordinator to support leadership, clients, vendors, and daily business operations.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in event coordination, hospitality, wedding planning, venue operations, catering coordination, conference services, or other environments where multiple people, vendors, deadlines, and client expectations must come together successfully.
This is not an event-planning position. Instead, we recognize that successful event professionals often develop exactly the skills this role requires: prioritization, communication, vendor follow-through, schedule management, customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed when plans change.
The right person will work closely with leadership and become a reliable administrative partner who helps keep clients informed, schedules organized, vendors accountable, and important details moving forward.
