Location: Mason
- Available during the Agency’s operating hours. 8-5 with 1 hour lunch break
- Main source for answering phones, taking messages and transferring to the appropriate staff
- Uploads and Scanning assigned to you
- Wound Pic uploads
- Admit Packets-there should consistently be at least 20 packets ready & available. Report to OM when supplies are low.
- Collect AOR forms and file in Binder. Keep list current and communicate with CM’s and DON on the status of the list.
- Job duties subject to change as census grows
