PTS Advance seeks a Soft Craft Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute soft craft activities within an assigned project area throughout turnarounds or project life cycles. You will liaison between Operations, Maintenance, contractors, and the turnaround team to ensure safe, efficient, on-schedule work.
Responsibilities include field walkdowns, preparing work packages, coordinating scaffold and insulation tasks, reviewing quotations, and tracking progress with the scheduler.
