Primary Responsibilities

Serves as Administrator Assistant and various helping duties throughout the Health Care Center

  • Decorates the front entrance, activity room, and dining room on the first working day of each month
  • Assists in decorating, coordinating, and serving the annual Thanksgiving Dinner for residents and their families
  • Assists Activity Director in planning, decorating, and serving the annual Christmas Party for residents and their families
  • Processes charges and claims
  • Processes payroll in the absence of the Business Office Manager.
  • Assists residents as needed in yard and flower bed grooming, or calming disruptive residents
  • Schedules Housekeeping and Laundry Personnel
  • Assists Administrator on projects as needed
  • Assists other departments as needed (Training Coordinator, CNA, Medical Records, Business Office Manager or Activity Director.)
  • All other duties as assigned.
