We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team of skilled professionals. As an integral member of our shop, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by providing top‑notch service to our customers. • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their vehicle service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between customers and our technician team to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Promote a positive shop culture by fostering teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software related to automotive repair.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and automotive repair terminology.
