PDRTX Smart Auto Repair is North Texas’ fastest-growing smart auto repair company and was rated the #1 Shop in Celina in 2025. We specialize in luxury-level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), full-service collision repair, and vehicle protection services. As we continue to scale, we’re looking to add a high-caliber Estimator to our production-driven team.
What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced Estimator who can own the estimating process from start to finish, across both collision repairs and hail damage. This role requires someone who can scope damage accurately, manage insurance workflows, and support both walk-in and CRM-generated leads.
Key Responsibilities- Write clear, accurate repair estimates in CCC One
- Submit estimates and supplements to insurance companies for approval
- Scope and identify hail damage and collision damage accurately
- Identify additional damage and prepare proper supplements
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, technicians, and customers
- Coordinate and track production schedules to ensure smooth vehicle flow
- Assist with file reconciliation and job closeout
- Collaborate with production and parts teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Follow up on collision leads through our CRM, including:
- Setting appointments
- Creating estimates
- Managing lead status through completion
- 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in a body shop or hail repair facility
- Strong knowledge of CCC One and insurance approval workflows
- Experience in both collision repair and PDR (hail damage)
- Ability to scope hail damage accurately (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working inside a CRM and managing lead follow-up
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
