We are looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Humble, TX area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you are the backbone of our business. You will receive a competitive base compensation plus additional earning potential through weekly bonus payments. The starting base rate of pay for an Automotive Tire Technician is negotiable.

• No experience is needed! We will teach you through paid training. During the introductory period, you may receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments up to $800.

• Automotive Tire Technicians install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs to keep vehicles operating safely.

• While providing best-in-class service, you may receive weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed, in addition to your guaranteed hourly rate.
