$35–$50 Flat Rate

Are you a high-performing Automotive Technician looking for a shop where you can focus on fixing vehicles instead of dealing with paperwork, parts ordering, or estimates? We are seeking an experienced A-Level or Strong B-Level Technician to join our growing team in Elgin, TX.

• $35–$50 Flat Rate (based on experience, skill level, and productivity)
• Guaranteed $750 per week
• Productivity incentives paid on top of the guarantee

• $500 running balance available for personal parts purchases

Note: Health insurance is not currently offered.

• Full-time position
• Schedule includes every other Saturday

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of makes and models
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Handle repairs from start to finish
• Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship
• Collaborate with a supportive service team

Our technicians can focus on repairs because they are not responsible for:

• Ordering parts
• Writing estimates
• Service advising duties

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• A-Level or Strong B-Level technician skillset
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Proven ability to consistently flag hours and maintain productivity
• Experience working on domestic and import vehicles
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Experience with Tekmetric is a plus
