As an Automotive Tire & Service Advisor, you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Just Tires centers by making meaningful connections with guests while delivering outstanding service. • Drive sales and profitability for the store by selling tires and recommended automotive services.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Communicate promotions and product features.
• Serve as the primary contact for guest interactions from initial check‑in through completion of service.
• Assist with promotional merchandising and special events.
• Effectively communicate warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests.
• Utilize tools to make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines.
• Assist the Service Manager as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, for extended periods.

• Previous automotive guest service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age 18.
• No relocation required for this position.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous tire sales experience.
• Previous automotive service sales experience.

• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
• Demonstrated responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, and teamwork.
• Analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
