• Recent Technical School Graduates (within the last 24 months):

  • Apprentice: $4,000
  • Level 1–2 / Recon: $6,000
  • Level 3: $8,000
  • Master / Senior Master:

• Perform repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Repair engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
  
  Maintain accurate repair documentation and records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
• Support additional duties assigned by management

• Experienced in automotive diagnostics and repair
• Motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  
  Interested in long-term career growth within the automotive industry

• Previous experience as a Service Technician required
• Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background
• Manufacturer ASE Certifications preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening
