Cox Automotive seeks an Automotive Reconditioning Administrator to coordinate vehicle reconditioning activities within our remarketing operations. In this role, you'll manage work orders, track repair and detailing status, verify condition reports, and ensure timely throughput from intake to sale. You'll liaise with technicians, vendors, and auction/lot operations, maintain accurate data in reconditioning and inventory systems, and monitor quality standards and SLAs.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, skilled with automotive and admin systems, and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment aligned with our people first culture.
