Automotive Service Advisor

Sun Auto Service seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to be the key link between customers and our technicians. You'll greet customers, listen to their concerns, create accurate repair orders and estimates, and clearly explain services and inspections. Working in a fast-paced, full-service repair shop, you'll coordinate with technicians, monitor repair progress, and keep customers updated. Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and document vehicle issues
• Write repair orders, prepare accurate estimates, and obtain approvals
• Communicate recommended services and repair timelines clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and monitor work
• Review inspection results and explain findings to customers
• Provide status updates and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and closing of tickets
• Promote recommended maintenance and shop services
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe service environment
• Support a culture of integrity, transparency, and teamwork
