We are seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician in Selma, TX to perform maintenance, general repairs, and basic diagnostics on mostly domestic models. This position pays $28-$48 per flagged hour with a 30-hour weekly guarantee and weekly pay. You'll work Monday-Friday in a busy shop that values professionalism, quality repairs, productivity, and collaboration.

• Perform automotive maintenance and general repairs on mostly domestic models.
• Complete repairs from initial diagnosis through final quality check.
• Perform basic automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Complete front-end and suspension repairs.
• Assist with light transmission repairs.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and accurately document repair recommendations and completed work.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality repair standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• B-Level mechanical and general automotive repair skills.
• Experience with general repair, front-end and suspension work, and basic diagnostics.
• Transmission repair experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and digital vehicle inspection software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional, collaborative team.

You'll join a busy shop with consistent workflow and a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. The team uses Tekmetric for shop management and digital vehicle inspection technology to support an organized repair process. The shop emphasizes quality repairs over volume, offers ongoing coaching and professional development, and provides opportunities to grow within a supportive team environment.
