We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Collision Painter Helper to join our Collision Department. The right candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in delivering high-quality results, and is motivated to bring vehicles back to pre-accident condition. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a team environment, this could be the role for you.

• Restore assigned vehicles to manufacturer-quality finish using refinishing procedures and repair orders

• Mix and match paint colors to achieve precise OEM standards for application, curing, and material use

• Follow paint manufacturer processes and guidelines to ensure accurate refinishing

• Assist in prep work as needed to meet production goals

• Ensure all paint operations, masking, and reassembly are completed thoroughly before returning vehicles to technicians

• Adhere to hazardous waste disposal regulations and safety standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Perform other duties related to vehicle refinishing and repair as assigned

• 1+ years of experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair

• Ability to comply with respirator and safety mask fit requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship

• Work with an experienced and respected team in the automotive industry
