PAY: $20 - $65 per flag hour depending on certifications and experience. Production Bonus Available!

- Diagnose vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repair orders with quality and efficiency
- Communicate repair needs clearly with Service Advisors and management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, compliance, and environmental procedures
- Stay current with manufacturer training and technical updates
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality expectations
- ASE and/or GM Certification preferred (not required)
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Quality-focused with attention to detail
- Coachable, team-oriented, and dependable
- Favorable driving record and ability to meet insurability requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Drug-free workplace (random drug testing)
