This position supports the pricing and finance team with analysis, customer profitability / cost-to-serve and commercial performance as well as price maintenance, reporting, budgeting, and other data driven insights. This position is designed for a recent graduate who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-moving manufacturing and distribution environment.

- Maintain customer price files.
- Perform micro level item profitability analysis and macro level analysis to optimize customer and business profitability.
- Perform impact analysis on pricing and tariff changes.
- Retrieve and organize data from multiple systems.
- Assist with costing and margin analysis.
- Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Maintain weekly and monthly and internal financial metrics reports and analysis.
- Perform variance analysis on revenue, expenses, and operational trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proficient in Excel data analysis tools.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and the Microsoft suite.
- Experience / exposure to database or data warehouse technology.
- Experience / exposure to business intelligence data base tools such as Power
BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Qlik Sense, etc. - Comfort working with data and building models.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Aptitude for critical thinking.
- Clear communication and willingness to learn.
