At Fresh Direct, we are reinventing the grocery experience.
Since day one, our mission has been simple: bring the best, freshest food directly from the farm to people’s homes — faster, fresher, and smarter than anyone else.
We’re not just a food company. We’re a technology-powered, customer-obsessed team building one of the most innovative end-to-end food supply chains in the industry. From proprietary routing systems to our state-of-the-art fulfillment center, every part of our business is designed to deliver unmatched quality, convenience, and care.
We partner directly with farmers, fishermen, and artisans to source the highest quality ingredients — then use smart data, automation, and logistics to deliver them at peak freshness.
It’s grocery shopping reimagined — and we’re just getting started.
If you’re passionate about innovation, care deeply about what people eat, and want to help build the future of food, we would love to meet you.
The RoleAs a Product Manager supporting Operations, you will own and execute the strategy, development, and optimization of critical systems that power Fresh Direct’s end-to-end fulfillment and delivery network and internal user experience. - Translate the company’s product and strategic vision for Operations and Supply Chain into clear product roadmaps and actionable initiatives across inventory, warehouse management, fulfillment, and delivery optimization.
- Drive execution of prioritized initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals around efficiency, cost optimization, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely with leadership and cross functional teams to operationalize strategy, manage trade-offs, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance, reduce waste, and increase speed and accuracy across the fulfillment lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance internal tools and workflows used by warehouse teams, planners, and logistics partners.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to design and enhance UX tools and user experiences that provide accurate, real-time data, enabling effective decision-making across inventory, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams) to build and refine UX tools that deliver clear visibility into product availability, demand, and operational performance—empowering teams to plan effectively and maintain the right product mix.
- Leverage operational metrics (e.g., fill rate, order accuracy, delivery SLAs, inventory turns) to inform prioritization and product improvements.
- Define success metrics and KPIs and use data insights to iterate and scale solutions.
- Balance end customer experience with internal operator needs (warehouse associates, drivers, planners).
- Incorporate user feedback, frontline insights, and system data to build intuitive, high-impact tools.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
