Procurement Manager Mineola

About the role

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to take ownership of purchasing and supplier coordination across the business. This role is hands‑on and a positive fit for someone with a few years of supply chain experience who wants to step into more responsibility.

You’ll be working closely with operations, production, and vendors to make sure materials are sourced on time, at the right cost, and without disrupting the business.

• Create and manage purchase orders
• Track orders and follow up on deliveries
• Work with vendors on pricing, timelines, and issues
• Source new suppliers and compare quotes
• Help negotiate pricing and supply agreements
• Monitor inventory levels and plan ahead for purchasing needs
• Keep procurement data and pricing up to date in systems
• Build relationships with vendors and internal teams
• Track supplier performance and key metrics

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
• Robust understanding of inventory, lead times, and logistics
• Comfortable using Excel and ERP systems (Net Suite or similar)
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Valuable communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG)

Pay: $75,000.00–$85,000.00 per year
