This is an onsite role five days a week at our client location in Pittsburgh, Dallas, or Cleveland. For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or green card status as part of the PERM process will not be available.
Responsibilities- Analyze, define, and document detailed REST API requirements through user interviews, facilitated workshops, and subject‑matter expert engagement.
- Develop a clear understanding of core accountabilities within the process and data, ensuring focus remains on the highest‑priority needs of the business.
- Gather requirements, translate them to user stories, create swagger documentation, and articulate to the rest of the team.
- Participate in development of future business processes and organizational structures needed to support new products or services; document future processes to improve current business for future procedures and models.
- Examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changes to people, strategy, systems, and general business operations.
- Develop continuous‑improvement processes and strategies for current business procedures and systems; collaborate with key stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities to improve business processes and their impact.
- Deliver fact‑based findings and recommendations and escalated issues identified during review and analysis to stakeholders.
- Establish a network of subject‑matter experts that provide the detail and context for existing processes and stakeholders who may influence others.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with supporting area management and staff.
- Generate and compile reports with recommended improvements to business processes and operational procedures; build the business case for a process or system change and provide detailed input into change management and implementation.
- Develop and issue communications for business process changes.
- Escalate problems and mitigations to the manager.
- 6+ years of work experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Banking Domain Experience is a MUST;
Credit Card Domain Experience is a PLUS. - Strong business analysis skills.
- Experience working in an agile framework.
- REST API (Web services) and microservices expertise with Swagger is a must.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills with willingness to take ownership and responsibility for multiple assignments.
- Superior analytical, problem‑solving, and resolution skills, and ability to adapt quickly.
- Self‑motivation and strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Ability to tackle challenging work situations and resolve conflicts positively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid technical writing experience.
Compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $51,600.00 - $.
