The Immigration Assembler Lead oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the Immigration Assembly team, ensuring timely movement of cases through key assembly stages such as wet signature processing and final submissions. The role collaborates closely with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to organize, compile, review, and prepare required forms, supporting documents, and evidence for submission to immigration authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the Immigration Assembly team to ensure efficient movement of packets through assembly, review, wet signature processing, and final submission stages.
  • Track and monitor day‑to‑day team performance metrics, including pending wet signatures, packets ready for assembly, assembly completion, final submissions, backlog movement, and aging cases.
  • Assign, prioritize, and redistribute work among team members based on deadlines, case urgency, team capacity, and operational priorities.
  • Monitor pending wet signature cases to ensure documents are sent, received, uploaded, and moved forward timely for final packet completion.
  • Track final submission readiness and coordinate with the appropriate teams to ensure completed packets are prepared and submitted within expected timelines.
  • Conduct regular quality checks of assembled packets to ensure forms, supporting documents, signatures, and evidence are complete, accurate, organized, and aligned with firm procedures.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks, delays, or recurring errors in the assembly process and escalated concerns to management with recommended solutions.
  • Provide daily guidance and support to Immigration Assemblers to ensure work is completed accurately, consistently, and according to established priorities.
  • Train new and existing team members on assembly procedures, quality standards, document organization, wet signature workflows, and final submission expectations.
  • Maintain clear communication with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, mailing staff, and other internal teams to resolve missing items, corrections, or submission blockers.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by documenting recurring issues, recommending workflow changes, and helping implement updated procedures.
  • Review team productivity and quality trends and provide feedback to team members to support accountability, performance improvement, and operational consistency.
  • Ensure team members properly update case management systems, trackers, and internal tools so case status, pending items, and submission progress remain accurate.
