Baker/Pastry Cook

Will be reporting to the Pastry Chef.

• University Degree or Professional Diploma in Culinary Arts with specialization in Bakery
• Certification in HACCP by EFET Health Inspection Authorities
• Working knowledge of ISO 22000:2015 or above
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment
• Excellent command of the English language certified at minimum of Advanced level
• Strong people and project management skills
• Problem solving skills; a can-do attitude is a must
• Organizing skills and coordination ability
• Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
• Must have Greek or European Nationality, or have access to the Greek Labor Market (working permit & residence)
