Provide services and support under Service Area and
Functional Area
as Senior Logistics Analyst – HAZMAT Operations for the U.S. Army Sustainment Command – Fort Bliss, TX. Full‑time, exempt W‑2, on‑site work in Fort Bliss, TX and the Southwest region. The role focuses on risk management, compliance, logistics modernization, and hazardous material inventory control.
- Provide hazardous material operations and inventory control aligned with NAICS 541330.
- Conduct performance analysis, audits, and recommend corrective actions.
- Advise command on policy compliance, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and Army regulations.
- Manage SDS documentation, conduct inspections, prepare environmental reports, and support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Lead audits, performance analysis, and corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness.
- 10+ years of logistics management experience, including 5+ years overseeing Army installation‑level supply.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Relevant Defense and Security sector experience (functional and technical expertise).
- Management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support.
- Business program and project management services initiatives.
- Policy analysis, performance metrics, logistics modernization, and audit readiness.
- Leadership, analytical rigor, strategic planning.
- Advises on workload surge capacity planning (+10%).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, strong time‑management and prioritization, adaptability, multi‑tasking, attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication.
