• Collect, renew, translate, validate, and archive corporate certificates and legal documents for group companies and connected individuals
• Maintain updated corporate records, monitor changes in shareholding and management, and prepare corporate structure and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) charts
• Conduct Due Diligence and KYC/UBO checks on existing and potential partners, suppliers, service providers, and third‑party business associates
• Coordinate and prepare accurate, fully documented responses to Due Diligence and KYC requests from banks, financial institutions, regulators, and investors
• Collaborate with external legal advisors and compliance providers across multiple jurisdictions to support new company in corporations, implement corporate changes, and ensure local regulatory compliance
• Support the Legal department in documenting governance procedures, managing corporate resolutions, and maintaining corporate registers
• Partner with internal departments such as Treasury, Accounting, and Regulatory Compliance
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the group's corporate compliance and governance frameworks
• Assist in tracking corrective actions, managing compliance questionnaires, and supporting training initiatives on ethics and corporate governance for staff

• Βachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in handling Due Diligence, KYC, and UBO verification processes
• Solid understanding of corporate governance principles and corporate record‑keeping across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
