Job Title
In the context of the transformation of our purchasing function, we are looking for a Purchasing Operations and Services Buyer (M/F) to accompany the development of our activities and to sustainably secure our operations.
Reporting to the Group Purchasing Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 12 M€ of purchases covering transport services, lifting, installation, maintenance, distribution contracts, tooling, and consumables.
A true partner of the Operations, Legal, and Finance teams, you will ensure service continuity while contributing to the economic performance and transformation of the Group's purchasing function.
Purchasing Portfolio Management:
- Define and deploy the purchasing strategy for your portfolio in line with operational challenges and Group objectives.
- Manage tenders, select suppliers, and negotiate contracts with a focus on quality, costs, deadlines, and risk management.
- Develop and manage a panel of strategic suppliers to ensure continuity of services and operational performance.
- Conduct market research to identify optimization opportunities and anticipate sector developments.
Supplier Management & Negotiation:
- Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and oversee framework and distribution contracts.
- Negotiate commercial, contractual, and logistical terms in collaboration with legal and operational teams.
- Evaluate supplier performance, manage action plans, and support partners in continuous improvement.
Operations Support & Purchasing Performance:
- Support Operations teams in securing transport, lifting, installation, and maintenance services.
- Identify and anticipate supplier risks to ensure service continuity.
- Contribute to the structuring of purchasing processes, deployment of best practices, and improvement of Group tools.
- Support the monitoring of purchasing indicators, analysis of expenses, and optimization of economic performance.
- Contribute to the structuring of the purchasing function (processes, governance, contracts, and tools) as part of the Group's transformation.
- You hold a higher education degree in purchasing, supply chain, or equivalent.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in purchasing services, ideally in an industrial, technical, or multi-site environment.
- You are proficient in SAP and office tools, particularly Excel.
- You have a good level of English (B2/C1), essential for working in a Group environment and communicating with international partners.
- You have solid experience in contract negotiation, tendering, and managing a strategic supplier portfolio.
