Clinic Admissions Associate
Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC – the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role you guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident at every step.
Responsibilities- Perform day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management, tracking of people and items, and internal and external communication with referral sources.
- Provide exceptional support for inbound calls from prospective and current families.
- Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help families understand our services and how we can help their children.
- Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership.
- Embody ABC’s core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun) and serve as a cultural role model for teammates.
- 1–2 years of administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related experience.
- Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Positive, engaging attitude and eagerness to be part of a caring, team‑oriented culture.
- Commitment to show up daily and lead in the center.
- Pay $19–$22, plus bonus potential of up to $6,000.
- 10 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 2 flex days (increasing with tenure).
