Centre Commercial Manager

Our teams, based in the Shopping Centers, take a proactive approach to promote the attractiveness, development, and performance of their site. Reporting to the Center Manager and based on site, you will accompany them in the management and operation of the center with a constant focus on valorization around in particular the group's CSR strategy "Better Places 2030" and an optimum customer journey.

Your daily routine will look like this:

In this context, your main duties are:

• You will rally the daily service providers, shopkeepers, Group support services, and co-owners around the priorities defined for the center.
• You will manage daily operations to ensure optimal site performance in compliance with regulations (health, safety, labor, and environment).
• You will contribute to the definition of the center's marketing strategy and deploy the policy of image, welcome; services and animation.
• You will contribute to the elaboration of annual budgets and 5-year plans and implement the Group's general policy and the defined strategy.
• You will ensure, with the center manager, local representation with public authorities.
• You will ensure, with the center manager and in connection with our PR agency, relations and exchanges with the press.

Westfield Parly 2 Shopping Center.

How to succeed in this position (soft skills + hard skills)?

• You have developed an operational approach and demonstrated your ability to manage and value a profit center.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication and speak fluent English.
• You are proficient with computer tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and are comfortable with reporting tools.
• You are curious and know how to propose innovative and creative action plans.
• You are constantly a force of proposal and conviction with your interlocutors, both internal and external.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and real negotiation skills.

You are the right person for this position if:

Must have

• You have a higher education degree in Business School, Engineering, or equivalent university degree.
• You have had a first experience of 3 to 5 years minimum, ideally acquired in site management/operation, or in highly commercial or marketing fields.
• You are ideally from the retail or commercial real estate sector, where customer service, loyalty, and service policy are at the heart of your concerns.
