Position: Management and Program Analyst with Security Clearance
Location: Fort Bliss

Duties
* Manage DPW tasker system utilizing computer software to track the status of all assignments being worked by the directorate
* Provide daily and weekly reports of all tasks that are currently due, late, and overdue.
* Create new taskers as requested by the DPW/Deputy Director, BOID Division, or BIB Branch Chiefs.
* Collect, review and analyze all data received by divisions to ensure completeness before submission to higher levels Requirements Conditions of employment
* Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
* This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

Experience:

One year of specialized experience which includes utilizing electronic financial systems to prepare budget tracking reports that assist management in decision-making; coordinating support agreements such as Inter-Service Support Agreements (ISSA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) by evaluating customer requests against established regulations; tracking mandatory training reports to ensure compliance with organizational deadlines and compiling financial reports to assist leadership in evaluating facility maintenance and resource allocation This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

OR

Education:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, Business Administration (
