Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive operational excellence across our telecommunications and media-focused product portfolio. In this role, you'll optimize product lifecycle processes, align roadmaps with business strategy, and ensure cross-functional teams deliver high-quality releases on time. You'll use data-driven insights to improve performance, streamline go-to-market execution, and enhance customer outcomes. Partner with product, engineering, sales, and operations to build scalable frameworks, champion best practices, and mentor product teams within Cox's collaborative, people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead product operations for a portfolio of telecommunications and media-focused products
• Optimize product lifecycle processes from discovery through launch and iteration
• Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and KPIs to track product performance
• Align product roadmaps with business strategy and stakeholder priorities
• Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality releases
• Drive go-to-market readiness, including launch planning and cross-functional coordination
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices across product teams
• Mentor and support product managers on tools, workflows, and operational standards
• Ensure customer and market insights are integrated into roadmap and prioritization
• Support leadership with reporting, forecasting, and strategic product initiatives
